Jim Pantera

Jim graduated with a degree in economics from St Mary’s College in 1972. His ties at St. Mary’s landed him the position of Director of Development there, which he held for nearly a decade.  Moving on, he became a partner at the Pacific Heights Development Company, building residential housing within San Francisco.  Jim also worked for Nielsen Aire Construction prior to partnering with Pat O’Hara to create Yerba Buena Builders.

Patrick O’Hara

Pat began his career in construction as a young man with Dale Nielsen Commercial Construction, in San Francisco. He became a union carpenter shortly thereafter, and worked on a wide variety of construction projects, developing his skills from the “ground up” for more than 20 years. Described as an independent and visionary professional, Pat eventually started his own construction company, Yerba Buena Builders, Inc.
